How we hire
Four steps, and you know where you are at each one. If it isn’t a fit, we tell you.
The four steps
- First, you apply.A person reads every application, and you hear back either way.
- Then we talk.A chat with the team if it’s a fit, usually within a week.
- Then a paid task.Real work, the kind you’d do here. Everyone who reaches this stage is paid for it.
- Then an offer.The terms are in writing. You sign in to read them and reply.
What to send
Your name, email and phone, a link to your work (GitHub, a portfolio or LinkedIn) and a few lines on why the role suits you. That’s the whole form.
We email you a 6-digit code to check the address is yours, and the application goes in once you enter it.
After you apply
You get an email straight away with your reference. You can sign in with the same email address to see where your application is, book or move an interview, and read an offer.
If you join as a contractor, you sign the NDA and IP agreement in ink before you see any client work. We never ask for Aadhaar numbers. A PAN is enough for tax.
