How work ships
You work on staging or a duplicate theme, never the live store, and every change goes through a pull request. Clients see work in their portal and sign off there.
Anything that changes scope becomes a written change request with a fixed price, and the client approves it before anyone builds it.
Getting paid
Contractors are paid within 30 days of a valid invoice for accepted work, whether or not the client has paid us yet. For Udyam micro and small businesses, it’s 45 days at most.
Every candidate who reaches the paid task stage is paid for the task, whatever the outcome.
